These terms and conditions outline the terms of using our subscription services. By purchasing a subscription from Safety Bazaar , you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully before subscribing to our services.

1. Subscription Privileges

When you purchase a subscription of X amount from Safety Bazaar, you gain the privilege to purchase goods and services from our platform over a period of 28 months, up to three times (3X) the value of your subscription amount. This means that if you purchase a subscription of X amount, you are eligible to buy goods and services worth 3X the subscription amount within the 28-month duration.

2. Cashback Disclaimer

While we provide the privilege of purchasing goods and services worth 3X your subscription amount, we do not guarantee a fixed 300% cashback. The value of the goods and services you purchase will be equivalent to or less than 3X your subscription amount. The cashback amount is not assured and is subject to the value of the goods and services chosen.

3. Subscription Duration

The subscription period lasts for 28 months from the date of purchase. During this period, you can enjoy the benefits and privileges of the subscription.

4. Transaction Limitation

Please note that there are limitations on the usage of the subscription amount. You cannot use the entire subscription amount in a single day for purchasing goods and services. Transaction limits and guidelines will be provided on our platform and may be subject to change.

5. No Investment or Share Purchase

Purchasing a subscription from Safety Bazaar does not constitute an investment in the company or the purchase of company shares. Subscribers are not shareholders and do not hold ownership in the company.

6. Subscription Cancellation

Safety Bazaar reserves the right to cancel a subscription in case of violation of these terms, misuse of privileges, or any other reason deemed appropriate by the company. If a subscription is canceled, the subscriber will lose the privileges associated with the subscription.

7. Cashback and Goods/Services Cancellation

In extreme circumstances, Safety Bazaar retains the right to cancel or modify the 300% cashback and goods/services privileges. Such decisions will be made at the sole discretion of the Director of the company.

8. Refund Scenario

In case of a subscription cancellation initiated by the subscriber within 30 days of joining, a refund may be applicable. However, the company will deduct the value of used goods and services, as well as 25% of the subscription amount. After this 30-day period, subscription cancellations will not be honored upon subscriber request.

9. Misbehavior or Vulgar Language

Any subscriber found using misbehavior or vulgar language towards Safety Bazaar or its Propriter will result in the immediate blocking of the subscriber's subscription ID. We maintain a respectful and professional environment and expect the same from our subscribers.
